Dear Colleagues,

Due to rapidly escalating health concerns relating to the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and risk of large gatherings, the Healthy Start Coalition of Miami-Dade has made the decision to POSTPONE the Annual Awards & Recognition Ceremony scheduled for March 13, 2020, for the safety and well-being of our guests.

Thank you to many of you who reached out with concerns and to provide feedback. Your feedback in conjunction with the State of Florida Office of the Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order declaring COVID-19 a public health emergency helped inform our decision. We recognize that many of our participants are from hospitals, doctors’ offices, health systems, universities, and community organizations that are directly involved with this health issue and are limiting non-essential activities and travel to further protect themselves and the patients they serve. We appreciate your work on behalf of the health of our community!

Our planning team will be working diligently to reschedule the event as soon as it is safely possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your registration, sponsorship, and/or participation please contact us immediately at HSCMDannualmeeting@hscmd.org so we can assist.
